1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your access and use of the 6777net website, mobile browser interface, and all services, games, promotions, and features made available through them (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you enter into a binding contract with 6777net governed by these terms.

6777net reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The most current version always supersedes all previous versions.

These terms should be read alongside the 6777net Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this overall agreement. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account and participate in real-money gaming on the 6777net platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 6777net strictly prohibits access to minors. There are no exceptions to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not opening an account for or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 6777net or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You do not already hold an existing 6777net account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts are a prohibited activity and subject to immediate closure.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the 6777net Platform.

6777net reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — at any stage of your account lifecycle to confirm age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create a 6777net account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account with 6777net at any time. If 6777net detects that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, or IP address — all associated accounts will be suspended. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and any withdrawals pending on those accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Username and Password Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 6777net will never ask for your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify the 6777net support team immediately via the contact details listed in the Contact & Support section. Until such notification is received and acknowledged, all activity conducted using your credentials remains your legal responsibility.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

6777net operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practice. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal, after reaching a cumulative deposit threshold, or at any other time at 6777net's discretion. Accepted documents include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, and government-issued driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. All documents are handled in accordance with the 6777net Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6777net accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6777net does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or via any payment method not listed on the Platform's cashier page.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. At the time of writing, the minimum deposit is ৳500. Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their own payment provider. 6777net does not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals, though daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 6777net finance team as promptly as possible. Standard processing time is within the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Requests submitted after that time or on public holidays may be processed the following business day. 6777net reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where KYC verification is incomplete, where a withdrawal is flagged by fraud-detection systems, or where the account is subject to an active investigation.

4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your 6777net account you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. 6777net does not accept funds that are the proceeds of any illegal activity. Where there is reasonable suspicion that deposited funds are of illicit origin, 6777net will freeze the account, void any active wagers, and report the matter to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time 6777net offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the offer communication, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (for example, 20x, 30x, or 40x) will be stated clearly in the bonus offer. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games may contribute a lower percentage, and certain game types may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

6777net uses automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game risk, withdrawing a bonus deposit before meeting wagering conditions, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 6777net reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn as part of the abusive activity.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance that remains on a player's account after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the expiry dates of their bonus balances within the account dashboard.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6777net platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through an intermediary.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that automates betting decisions or actions on the Platform without express written permission from 6777net.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute with your payment provider for a legitimate deposit made to your 6777net account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to disguise the origin of illicitly obtained funds or to conduct any transactions that violate anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly exploiting any bug, glitch, or miscalculation in the Platform's software to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity, payment method, or documents without their consent.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or directing abusive language at 6777net staff, other players, or any person connected with the Platform.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by 6777net

6777net reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; a court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring account action; or at the Company's sole discretion where it deems it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

7.2 Closure by the Player

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 6777net support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding balance that has met all applicable wagering conditions will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and free bet awards will be forfeited. Any settled winnings that have not yet been withdrawn will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures, provided no terms violations are found during the closure review. Closure does not affect any obligation you have incurred under these terms prior to the date of closure.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, access to the account is restricted and no marketing communications will be sent. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6777net, its directors, employees, contractors, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings resulting from a technical error or connectivity failure, or any other loss that is not a direct, foreseeable consequence of a specific breach by 6777net of a specific obligation owed to you under these terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect game outcomes, or payments made in error, 6777net reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. 6777net will use reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly when such corrections are made.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 6777net's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
